Getting Ready For Bed
While pets are great for adults, they can be vital for kids. Just take a look at this golden retriever and the way he and the kid are watching this screen. Cosplaying With Your Cat
These photos are from a pretty well-known cosplayer who always makes sure to make costumes for himself and his cat. And while the expression on his cat's face in these photos looks grumpy, we're pretty sure that's just his normal facial expression. The costume itself is pretty spot on and even the cat's stripes match up well with his character. If you want to check out more of his stuff, his name is Anucha.
He and his cat do a lot of other costumes for all kinds of different cartoons and movies, and they're all made using low-budget items you probably have around the house.
Someone Has Been Busy
We're sure the two owners of this couple weren't that surprised when the litter came out looking exactly like a mix between the two dogs. They look like they absolutely adore each other in the photo on the left. But we still can't get over just how perfect of a mix the pup is. Its entire body is completely white, while its head is just as black as one of its parents.
If there was any doubt in the owners' minds as to who might be the father, we're sure that it was settled the moment the litter was born. The look on the pup's face just makes it 10 times better.
The Perfect Birthday Cake
First off, props to whoever baked this cake. Daisy seems to be enjoying it just as much as we're sure her family did. It even kind of looks like she's smiling and purposefully posing for the photo. It doesn't get much sweeter than that. Also, not many dogs make it their 15th birthday, so this really was a special one for Daisy and we're glad she has a family that cares enough to get her a cake as cool as this.
Even the way Daisy looks like she's standing up and posing for the photo is adorable, and hopefully, she has many more birthdays to come because she's certainly been a good dog.
These Two Have No Problem With PDA
This photo almost looks as though the two cats at the bottom of the stairs are in the middle of a wedding ceremony, and they've invited all of their friends to attend. For whatever reason, the witnesses have just divided up into two groups. Maybe one is a friend of the bride and the other is a friend of the groom. Either way, this picture was love a first sight.
In reality, they're probably just wrestling and playing with one another, but we prefer to think this is some kind of wedding ceremony, and all of the friends are in attendance.
If These Two Can Get Along, So Can Anybody
Cross-species friendship actually isn't that rare, but this might just be the most adorable photo of one that we've ever seen. You can tell that Mr. Raccoon loves his canine brother and that the feeling is mutual. The two just look so serene. It almost makes us want to go out and find a raccoon to keep as a pet, which is only legal in a couple of states.
If there's a photo of this, then we're sure there's a video of these two playing around in the yard out there somewhere. In fact, we're surprised it hasn't gone viral.
The Cutest Pounce In History
If you've ever owned a cat, then you know that they love to stalk and pounce, mostly at your feet. Luckily, there were no feet in this photo and the kitten just looks like it might be trying to take down its own shadow. Either way, it's a great photo with perfect timing, even if the only thing those tiny sharp claws are about to sink into is the blanket.
The kitten could also just be enjoying a leap into a bed that was only just made, which would also make total sense considering how great that feels as well.
What Big Claws This Kitten Has
This little guy must've just been born because it's one of the tiniest and most adorable things we've ever seen. It also looks as though it just woke up from a really relaxing nap. Not to mention, those tiny claws, while probably incredibly sharp, just make us want to reach out and give him a high five. Of course, if you've ever played with a kitten then you know that's the last thing you should do.
There's nothing sharper than a kitten's claws, even if they do look adorable. In a year or two, this little guy is going to be all grown up and pouncing on whatever comes his way.
The Prophecy Has Come True
Okay, having a portrait of your pet is pretty awesome, but having a portrait of your pet lounging around on the couch like it owns the place is just something else. If you look behind the cat in this photo, you can see its portrait on the wall by the door. The couch is obviously its favorite area of the house because he's striking the exact same pose in the photo.

After A Night Out
This is kind of crazy; we've never seen a cat eat from its bowl like the one in this photo. It's completely sprawled out on the floor as if it's just gotten home from a night out on the town and a few too many drinks. Either there's something a bit wrong with this kitty or it's just a really goofy cat that likes to eat its meals lying down.
This photo was posted to social media and a lot of people commented that it looked like them trying to have dinner after getting through a really long shift.
This Cat Is Definitely Being A Bit Dramatic
You don't have to own a cat to know that most of them can't stand the water. However, even with that generally being true, the cat in the sink in this photo is being a bit dramatic. It looks like it's literally dying or being tortured while calling for its friend to help. There's another question we had about this photo and that's who exactly turned on the faucet?
The cat was probably just chilling in the sink, minding its own business, when either its owner or its friend flipped the switch and turned the water on. Both would be a pretty big betrayal.

As interesting as this photo is, we'd love to know the story behind it. We're sure that this guy didn't just randomly walk up to a cat and start staring it deeply in the eyes. Was there a conversation beforehand? Is this at the end of the night? Like, what exactly happened to lead up to this and who's taking the photo? Was it just some random person on the street?
Either way, one thing is clear: these two definitely have some chemistry. We've never seen a couple that looks so in love, whether that couple is human or animal.
You Can Tell Who's In Charge
Every cat owner knows that their cat is the one who actually runs the household. However, this might just be the most dominant kitty we've ever seen. It looks like it's piloting its human while the human plays video games. Everything from its posture to the way it looks sort of sleepy just screams that this little guy is in charge. Also, how in the world did it get up there?
We're sure that it didn't climb because kittens' claws are extremely sharp and that would've been way too painful for the owner. It was probably just put there by whoever took the photo and it decided to chill.
Everyone Gets A Seat On The Bus
Okay, so maybe not everyone since there are some people standing up in the background, but cats definitely get a seat on the bus. We're guessing that this photo was taken in Turkey since that's what some of the comments said after the photo was posted on social media. It seems as though everyone there really loves cats and who can blame them? This cat looks like it's enjoying its bus ride.
That chair must feel like a bed to it. It doesn't even look like it's concerned that there are a ton of people around. It just wants to get on with its nap.
'Who's A Good Boy? '
There's something really adorable about this massive dog having a smile on its face while cuddling up to its owner. You can tell that these two really enjoy each other's company just by the way the dog looks like it's struggling to contain its excitement. Not only that, but you can tell that the woman really loves the dog, too. Everything about this photo is really great and heartwarming.

Cats Are Basically Just Superheroes
After seeing this photo, it's not hard to draw parallels between cats and pretty much any superhero you could think of. This kitten is effortlessly hanging from the ceiling of his cage as he were Batman or Spiderman. The other kitten that's just sitting there and staring up makes the whole photo even better. It's almost as if it were just as amazed with its friend's abilities are we are.
Our only question is how it plans on getting down. Cat's are notorious for climbing too high and not being able to get themselves back down once they're up.
This Hamster Looks Almost Too Happy
We've seen cats, dogs, and even birds kind of respond to seeing photos of themselves, but seeing a hamster that's glad to see its own photos is entirely new. What's even sweeter is that it has the exact same facial expression in this photo as it does in its portraits. It's just sort of photobombing while the owner is taking a snapshot of the finished pictures and it's absolutely adorable.
The tiny photos almost look like they're passport photos, which would bring up all kinds of other questions like where in the world is this hamster planning on traveling.
Cats In A Cradle
Okay, so it's actually cats in a pot, but who cares? This is probably one of the most adorable photos on this list. These little guys all look super comfortable laying together in this pot, and the sprouting flower is just like the cherry on top. They probably climbed in one after another and started to doze off, creating the perfect photo opportunity for whoever took this great pic.
It almost looks as though someone just sprinkled a bunch of seeds in and waited for an adorable litter of kittens to start growing, which is a charming idea.
The Happiest Moment Of This Dog's Life
If you've had a dog or plan on getting one in the future, then you know that one of the happiest moments of their lives is when it's time for dinner. The pooch in this photo is no different. Just look at that huge grin on his face. You know he's about to start munching down any second now. He's basically got the bowl wrapped up in his arms.
It's also kind of relatable, and we're sure there are plenty of people out there who feel similar when they sit down to eat after a long day of play or work.
A Dog With Tiny Teeth And Chubby Cheeks
If there was an award for the best smile on this list, then this pup would definitely be in the running. The size of its cheeks almost makes us think that he got into a beehive somewhere, but maybe he was just blessed with pinchable cheeks. Either way, we'd like to know what was causing such a big smile. Maybe it was dinnertime, or maybe he was trying to act innocent after getting into some trouble.

Hanging On For Dear Life
It's kind of hard to tell exactly what's going on here and how this cat found itself in this position. Somehow it ended up hanging onto this shelf in the pantry. It's not even that far of a fall, at least not for a cat. It could easily let go and be totally fine, but it looks like it's hanging on the edge of a cliff about to fall to its doom.
Normally, we'd think it was trying to get to some snacks or something on the top shelf, but it looks like there are only some sauce packs and condiments up there.
This Cat Either Really Loves Or Really Hates Watermelon
When we saw the first couple of photos on here, we thought that maybe this kitten really enjoys snacking on some watermelon. However, it also kind of looks like it's having a slight allergic reaction in the bottom photo. Either that or it's just a really messy eater, but we've never known watermelon to stain lips that bad. It kind of looks like the cat has one red lipstick.
Then again, it could just be a slight allergic reaction, which would be a bit sadder. Luckily, if so, then it doesn't look like it's too bad, and the cat should be okay.
All The Elements Of A Good Photo
There are a couple of different principles out there that kind of help you take a really good photo. In this picture, you have two. The spirals show how the eyes are naturally drawn to certain points in the image. The second thing that makes this a great photo is the subject matter. You can't beat a photo of kittens taking naps, especially not when they're this darn cute.
You do have the one kitten on the bottom left trying to take a chunk out of its owner's arm, but besides that, all the rest just look so peaceful.
Fluffy Kitten Or Giant Cheeseball?
Kittens are already really adorable, but when they sit in a fluffball like this, they're almost irresistible. We just want to take a bite. Just kidding, that would be disturbing, but it does make us want to go and get a kitten of our own. It'd be like having a living fluffball just walking around and lounging at the house that you could play with and pet almost anytime you wanted.
We say almost because cats sometimes want to be admired from a distance. And if they look like this, then that's totally fine. We could just give it some space and take photos like this all day long.
Everyone Is An Influencer Now
We'd have no problem with social media if all influencers were as adorable as this cat. It's most likely just using the wooden post to scratch, but it still looks like it's posing for a photo. We're pretty sure we've seen humans make this same pose during photo shoots for certain sports-affiliated magazines. But we'd take this over that any day, and apparently, so would the people in this image taking photos.
Luckily, it looks like this kitty has the fur to endure all of the snow. In fact, it looks like it's been eating pretty well, which leads us to believe it belongs to someone.
Most Boopable Face:
Whoever took this image had to have been holding back the urge to boop this kitten's nose. It looks so serene and peaceful and even its little teeth are adorable. Hopefully, they didn't actually wake this little guy up and let him sleep because it looks as though it's enjoying its time. It has to be relaxed to be sleeping on its back like that with its mouth wide open.
We'll never get tired of looking at photos of kittens sleeping, especially not close-up photos like this one. Luckily, cat owners don't have to rely on photos when they have the real thing.
There's Always One
If you're lucky enough, then you'll end up with a truly unique pet. We don't mean like some kind of exotic animal. Instead, we mean like a normal pet with a truly unique personality. It's easy to pick out that pet in this photo. The two cats on the left look completely normal, while the cat on the far right looks like it's just a complete void in space.
It almost has the facial expression of a dog, with its tongue hanging out, and we wonder how well it gets along with the other cats. We're sure they're all the best of friends.
This Cat Is Going To Be A Star
We're not sure what's better about this photo, the fact that the kitten looks exactly like the one on the food pack or its crazy-looking smile. We've seen dogs smile, but we've never seen a grin this big from a cat. It almost looks like it might be starting to growl, but we're sure that's not the case. It's probably just happy to see its own face on the food pack.
Honestly, we like the real cat's facial expression more than the kitten that's on the pack. It's unique and one of a kind. This kitten might have a bright future ahead if they can get a hold of whoever does the company's branding.
Someone Is Feeling Great Today
This is another case of a photographer with really great timing. In reality, this cat was probably about to take something out with its murder mittens, but the photographer managed to capture this picture at just the right moment. Now, it looks as though this cat is dancing or about to declare to the world how great of a day it really is. Either way, it's a charming shot and the cat's facial expression is also kind of unique.
It also makes us kind of wish that cats could actually walk on their hind legs like this. How great would it be to see a group of cats all posing like this in real life?
'No, Take It Like This Human'
This kitten is about to seriously scratch up that screen. But it's all going to be worth it to get the right shot. Why would a cat want to take a selfie, you might ask? For plenty of reasons. Maybe it needs a new Tinder photo, or maybe it just wants to throw something on social media. Either way, we're down for it so long as someone captures a photo and posts it on the internet.
If you look closely, it also looks like the cat just did a complete turnaround while lying there on the couch. It must've sensed someone was taking a picture.
Someone Woke Up On The Wrong Side Of The Bed
The funny thing about dogs, or really anything in life, is that you can't judge them by their cover. Most people would probably tell you that pit bulls are one of the more aggressive breeds. But the pit bull in this photo just wants a little love. It's the dog on the other side who's being a total jerk. Hopefully, these two settle their differences because that pit bull seriously looks kind of sad.
It also looks as though these two are in a shelter or kennel, which means odds are they're going to be neighbors for at least a couple of days if not longer.
Like Looking Into An Adorable Void
This dog is the cutest thing ever. It's just a big floof ball staring right back up into the camera. This is what you get when you get a dog: a pair of eyes staring right back up at you every time you get ready to feed them or take them outside to play, and it's great. The photographer also deserves a little credit here because they managed to get just the right angle.
If you were to miss this dog's eyes at first, then you might think that you're just staring at a weird dark hole in the middle of someone's kitchen.
This Cat Is Really Soaking Up The Sunset
If you had to pick the most majestic photo on this list, then this would probably be the winner. We mean, look at that sunset. It's pretty stunning and it makes us wish we were actually there. Add in a cute cat and it just makes the whole thing that much better. It almost looks like something out of a movie, if they'd made a movie revolving around a cat.
We almost split on which one is more majestic, the sunset or the cat. Obviously, if you're a cat lover, you're going to say the latter, and we might have to agree.
This Dog Is Just Out For A Commute
Obviously, the only way to make the subway more bearable in some places is to add a fluffy dog who tags along with commuters. That's exactly what we have here. There are some stories out there that this dog just randomly jumps on trains and tags along most days. We're not sure if that's true, but it still looks like it's really enjoying its time riding in this photo.
If you look close, you might notice that it even has little shoes made especially for dogs, which is great for days when the pavement gets too hot or too cold.
Everything Is Going To Be Alright
Something definitely went down right before this photo was taken. Either the cat fell from somewhere, and it's just signaling that it's fine, or something else strange happened because it's not every day your cat gives you a thumbs up. It also kind of looks like the cat is sitting somewhere high up near the ceiling. We didn't even know cats could give a thumbs-up before we saw this photo.
It's actually not that rare for a cat to be born with an extra finger that some owners refer to as a thumb, which may be the case with the kitten in this photo.
This Pup Got A Taste Of Its Own Medicine
From the photo on the bottom, it's probably pretty safe to say that the puppy in these photos was definitely not expecting its owner to bite back. It looks absolutely terrified in the second photo, almost as if someone is trying to murder it. All of this was mere moments after it was nibbling on its owner's fingers. Maybe it just never expected its owner to actually bite back.
Either way, it definitely got the fright of its life, and we actually kind of feel sorry for the little guy, but at least he learned his lesson and won't go around biting anymore.
Another Great Shot By The Owner
This is actually a really cool shot of someone's pet corgi. The pup is just standing there minding its own business, probably wondering why its owner is laughing hysterically and snapping photos. Honestly, it's not fair, and we're sure it was shown the photo after it was taken. Still, this probably isn't the most flattering picture of this particular corgi. The glass makes its head look like it's been shrunken down.
It's almost artistic, but there's really no meaning behind it other than the fact that it kind of makes us want to laugh. Poor corgi, hopefully this didn't dent its confidence too much.
Put Em There
This is a pretty heartwarming photo. This little dog probably doesn't know what a high five is, but it still wants to reach out and touch its owner's hand with its paw. Luckily, the owner managed to snap this photo at just the right moment. The fact that its little paw is only big enough to high-five a finger is also just really adorable. Despite its small size, it definitely has a big heart.
Like a lot of the other photos on this list, there's something really adorable about this pic and it kind of sums up the best parts about having a dog.
'You Shall Regret This Human'
The look on this cat's face pretty much says it all. It looks absolutely mad. Most cats hate water, but there is something to be said about getting them used to it from an early age. Some breeds of cats even like playing in the water, but we're betting that this isn't one of those breeds. It looks like it's ready to get out of that sink in a hurry.
If you showed us a bunch of different photos of cats and asked us to pick out which one would grow up to try and take over the world, we'd probably pick this one.
What Absolute Serenity Looks Like:
Once again, one of the best photos on this list is just an image of a kitten sleeping. Only this kitten has its own fish-shaped pillow and adorably small blanket to keep it warm throughout the night. It's paws even look like it's clutching the blanket and trying to keep it close to him. It really doesn't get much cuter than this, and this is one lucky kitten to have owners who invest in a tiny blanket.
It also just looks really comfortable. This cat is probably getting better sleep than we are. Actually, we know it's getting better sleep than we are. Just look at its face.
